Lean 101 Workshop
This interactive session explores the fundamentals of Lean through a unique simulation process. Participants gain a better understanding of the value of Lean by acting out a company’s transition to Lean using a learn-and-do approach. This is a 1-day workshop.

Lean + Leadership
Lean+Leadership for Supervisors is a study of leadership intertwined with lean concepts. This workshop originally designed for emerging supervisors and those who have been in their position for less than five years, however leaders from at all levels are welcome. This 6-part series meets once per month for 6 months.
