DATE: Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 - 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM CDT

WHERE: Howalt+McDowell Insurance Conference Center (3rd floor) -- 300 N. Cherapa in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

TIMELINE: Discussion portion from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., followed by the social.

DESCRIPTION: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is driving manufacturers to look for smarter and more efficient ways to provide products to their customers.  Introducing new, innovative technologies into the manufacturing plant will address recent demands customers, suppliers and regulators have today. Implementing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 into your manufacturing plant, however, does not come without challenges. In this session, we will discuss the impact of becoming a “smart manufacturer” and address the challenges that come with it, including the Manufacturing Internet of Vulnerabilities.
