Green Belt Six Sigma Training

We are excited to be collaborating with Dr. Stuart Kellogg, an industrial engineering professor at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, to teach the Lean Six Sigma methodology with statistics!

Throughout the Six Sigma Green Belt Training, participants will learn how to identify and quantify crucial quality issues, and then apply statistics to provide the probabilities of success and failure. They will learn how to integrate quality projects with process mapping and statistics to manage and improve process variations.

Six Sigma is applicable to all industrial sectors and is designed to provide tangible business results.
